- Develop and implement an annual risk-based audit plan for the holding company and its subsidiaries - Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to assess internal controls, business processes, and risk management practices in a timely manner, clear reporting on findings and recommendations - Prepare and present audit reports, findings, and recommendations both Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions to senior management and the Audit Committee - Track and evaluate audit findings and collaborate with management to ensure action plans (Corrective & Preventive) are implemented - Develop, manage, and monitor the effectiveness guidelines, policies, and systems in the implementation of internal audits in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of audit implementation - Provide consultation, advice or managerial services such as training, recommendations for appropriate management tools, and problem solving to Auditees
