- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures - Actively monitor networks to detect threats and security breaches - Manage security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software and EDR - Provide cybersecurity awareness training for employees - Collaborate with IT and management teams to align security strategies with organizational goals - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong understanding of network security protocols and experience with security tools (e.g.,firewalls, antivirus software) - Having a CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage security incidents efficiently - Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team environment - Proficient in English
