Job Description: • Design code, test, and implement scalable software applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and user requirements. • Work closely with operation team, designers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and deliver robust solutions. • Monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing systems and applications. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues or bugs in a timely manner to maintain smooth operation across platforms. • Implement new modules or features within the LMS based on user feedback, such as advanced reporting capabilities or personalized learning paths. Job Qualification: • S1 Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field. • Proven work experience as an IT Developer, Software Engineer, or in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred). • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or others as required. • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g, HTML, CSS, React, Angular). • Familiarity with back-end frameworks (e.g, Node js, Spring Boot, Django). • Understanding of database systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
