Diagnose & troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues

Perform system installations, updates, and maintenance 

Handle server administration tasks to ensure optimal performance

Backup and restore lost data when needed

Manage network systems and maintain seamless connectivity

Document processes and maintain service desk records

Provide minor technical training

What We’re Looking For:

D3/S1 in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

1-2 years experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or system administration

Skilled in configuring & maintaining network devices (routers, switches)

Experience with server admin, network management & security practices

Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and virtualization technologies

Adaptable to new tech & industry trends
