- Candidate must have an experience in leadership and management 
- Fluent in English both written and spoken,
- High self-confidence,
- Have an experience using VHP system 
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team,
- High sense of customer service oriented,
- Young and dynamic person,
- Possess an outgoing personality, responsible and discipline,
- Computer literate,
- Minimum 2 year managerial level, 1 year for staff level and minimum 6 months (daily worker level) experience in similar position will be an advantage.
