- Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science - At least 5+ years experience in IT Solution and 2+ years people management - Working experience in IT Projects and management. - Certification in ITILv3, PMP ,CISA , CISM, ISO 27001 is an advantage. - Experience in banking industry, is preferable - Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operation best practices. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, project management and communication skills, with the ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience. - Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, from both IT and business, to investigate underlining issues of operational problems and seek effective business solutions through improvements in information systems, data management, processes/procedures and organization. - Experience in working effectively with a global workforce and can adapt to local operating models and culture. - Able to understand the IT management policy and quality management policy to ensure processes and procedures are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines.
