IT Network and Infrastructure Support

Job Description :

• Perform regular system maintenance, patching, and upgrade firewall device

• Create and maintain accurate documentation of network and infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

• Provide technical support to end-users regarding network and infrastrucure related issues

• Provide guidance and training to end-user on network and infrastructure usage

• Perform network cabling and infrastructure maintenance, CCTV

• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewall rules, intrusion detection, and VPN configuration

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor degree's in Computer Science, Information Technology or (equivalent experience)

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/ICP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switcing)

• Experience with network device (routers, switches, firewall, access point). Full experience with FortiGate device or minimum experience using Mikrotik

• Able to work individually and as part of a team

• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, PRTG, Grafana, and Promotheus)

• Network security pentest
