Job Description: The IT Presales will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by analyzing customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and effectively presenting the company's products or services. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • Min. 3 years of proven track record in presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting. • Proven experience delivering technical presentations to clients. • Strong understanding of the company's products or services. • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide relevant solutions. • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technical audiences. • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is mandatory. • Willing to work from anywhere in Jakarta area.
