Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus.

• Experienced in software development.

• Understanding in DevOps Tools Chain.

• Understanding in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Understanding in Cloud Platform

• 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead or in a supervisory role in software development projects.

• Experience working with Front End and Back End technologies.

• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.

• Together with leadership, create, own, and execute a product roadmap, vision, and strategy to be aligned with the company’s goals

• Grow the business through delightful user experiences and a reliable operations stack

Qualification

• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Experience with Responsive Design, UI/UX principles, and design tools such as Figma or Sketch.

• Knowledge of API integration and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiar with performance optimization and SEO practices.

• Proficiency in server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP.

• Understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
