Currently, we are looking for IT Support, with Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person. 

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and update computer systems and software as needed. 

Assist with setting up new user accounts and workstations. 

Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, incidents, and solutions in the helpdesk system. 

Collaborate with the Operation team to resolve complex technical issues. 

Assist in maintaining and managing IT inventory, including hardware and software.

Support the Operational Team with additional projects and tasks as needed. 

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 

Experience 0-1 year as IT Support Role. 

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. 

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. 

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred 

Qualifications: 

Have relevant experience in IT support Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems is a plus. 

Basic understanding of operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
