Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks within the school environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system problems in a timely and efficient manner.

• Assist in managing and maintaining the school's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade IT solutions as needed.

• Provide technical assistance to teachers, staff, and students as required.

• Ensure data security and privacy by implementing necessary IT security measures.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) Graduate, preferably in Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ).

• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.

• Experience with network setups, configurations, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with tools and systems such as MikroTik routers, CCTV installation and maintenance, network switches, and Wi-Fi access points.

• Basic knowledge of network security and firewall configuration.

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest technologies and IT practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment and manage multiple tasks.
