- Troubleshooting skills of OS, software, Hardware, and computer peripherals - Networking installation skills (crimping & cabling) and computer installation skills - Able to assemble/disassemble personal computers & notebooks - Basic networking skills - Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills - Adept in English (written and verbal) - Able to operate Ms. Office - Troubleshooting of IT tickets regarding personal computers/notebooks, OS, work-related softwares, computer peripherals, etc - Basic networking for wired and wireless networks (IP, unidentified network, unplugged, LAN tester, etc) - Handling for installation of OS using image and/or manual method - Updating the OS, antivirus, and other essential software in the office’s computers
