Menangani apabila terdapat setiap permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan koneksi internet pada user
Memonitor performance internet
Troubleshoot hardware serta membantu user jika ada permintaan instalasi jaringan yang berkaitan dengan koneksi internet, baik dari sisi infrastruktur (kabel), maupun setting hardware (wifi, access point) atau router
