Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities: • Input Cash and Bank Transactions: Accurately record all cash and bank transactions in the company's accounting system to ensure that all financial data is up-to-date and correctly entered. • Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that the accounting system matches the actual bank balances and to identify any discrepancies. • Create Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to accurately reflect the company's financial status. This includes compiling data for the general ledger, preparing trial balances, and helping to produce profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial reports. • Tax and Commercial Reconciliation: Conduct regular tax reconciliations as required by local tax laws, as well as handle commercial reconciliations to ensure that all financial transactions are compliant with legal standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
