REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in Accounting - Minimum 1 year of experience in financial systems management, budgeting, financial reporting, data analysis, auditing, and taxation - Tax Brevet A & B certification - Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and tax regulations - Proficiency in financial and accounting software (e.g., Accurate) and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) - Highly detail-oriented, organized, and task-focused - Ability to work independently and resourcefully - Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times - A team player with initiative and a proactive attitude RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage full sets of accounts for the assigned group of companies, including consolidated accounts. - Prepare monthly balance sheets and supporting schedules. - Review and monitor all financial and costing aspects, including debtors, creditors, and inter-company transactions. - Prepare and input the company’s tax reports (Withholding Tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes). - Liaise with tax consultants and handle tax queries from the Tax Office. - Improve the accounting system and participate in system implementation or upgrades. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including statutory boards, on financial matters. - Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
