Requirements: ● Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. This is a bonus but not required. ● Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must. ● Min. has 1 year of experience in online advertising, especially with Meta Ads. Knows how to analyze ad performance and improve results. ● Demonstrated passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming community. ● Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta advertising tools (experience is a plus). ● Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of performance metrics and data interpretation. ● Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. ● Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing and advertising. ● Familiar with running ads for websites and mobile apps and have a basic understanding of subscription-based businesses. Key Responsibilities: ● Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Meta platforms to drive performance and engagement. ● Content Optimization: Assist in creating engaging ad copy and visuals tailored to the gaming community.And perform A/B testing of creatives to identify high-performing content. ● Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS. Also, provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and maximize ROI. ● Budget Oversight: Assist in managing advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and adherence. ● Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. Then, communicate campaign outcomes and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
