Applicants must be Indonesian citizens and have: - Bachelor’s degree in Law. A Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable Indonesian University. Overseas graduates are welcome. - Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience at a law firm in Indonesia (practical experience in immigration, reviewing and drafting agreements, general corporate, M&A, project f finance, capital markets, manpower law, business licensing, or foreign investment). - Strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English(verbal and written), demonstrated by a minimum TOEFL score of 550. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Holding an advocate license is a plus. - The ability to use Mandarin is preferred. The Role: - Our team provides expert legal counsel to clients across a wide range of sectors. Responsibilities: - Conduct Legal Due diligence (LDD), provide legal advisory and analysis, and draft and review agreements. - Manage a broad range of general corporate legal matters, including filling and administrating legal documents. - Present the necessary paperwork to clients in a clear and organized way.
