Qualifications: • Male/Female, max. age of 25 years old • Hold at least a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, or related field. • Basic understanding of environmental, social, and ESG regulations, policies, and standards. • Familiarity with environmental and social impact assessment studies, such as AMDAL and ESIA, is a plus. • Has experience or knowledge in carbon management, including greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory, carbon footprint calculation, and climate change mitigation or adaptation strategies, is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English. • Proficiency in data gathering and analysis. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Have strong organizational skills, adaptability, ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data visualization. • Demonstrate a high level of discipline and accountability in work. • Have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive & professional attitude. Responsibilities: • Assist senior consultants in delivering ESG-related consulting services. • Conduct research on ESG trends, regulatory frameworks, policies, and best practices to support project development. • Support the preparation of environmental and social impact assessments, such as AMDAL and ESIA, in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. • Engage with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and industry partners, to gather relevant ESG information and support project execution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ESG principles are integrated into business and operational strategies. • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. • Perform other related tasks to support the ESG team in achieving project goals.
