Responsibilities : • Analyze trends and insights using data and analytics. • inform marketing strategies based on target audience behavior. • Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility di platform Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and more for our clients. • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior. • Ensure marketing budgets deliver measurable results. • Conduct trials and tests to improve conversion rates. • Provide regular internal and external reports. • Summarize key performance indicators and actionable insights. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies. • Implement best practices to stay ahead of the competition. • Reporting to Senior, Supervisor +1, and clients. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. • Proficient in English & Bahasa. • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in related field. • Understand Performance Marketing platform. • Skilled in data analysis. • Strong tasks management and ability to work under tight schedule of deadlines. • Prior agency experience, especially in managing multiple clients • Have working tools such as laptop and handphone.
