Qualifications: • Male/Female, max. age of 25 years old • Hold at least a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Social Science, or a related field. • Have at least 1 year of experience in managing or being actively involved in complex projects related to ESG. • Strong project management and leadership skills. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality output and able to handle fast-paced work environments efficiently. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in conducting business research, market analysis, or ESG-related studies is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data visualization. • Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented and dynamic environment. • Demonstrate a high level of discipline and accountability in work. • Have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive & professional attitude. Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and executing strategic business development initiatives. • Support ESG-related studies, research, and consulting projects to align with business strategies. • Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify business opportunities and industry trends. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project execution and business expansion efforts. • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for business strategies and client engagements. • Contribute to internal process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in business operations. • Provide administrative and operational support related to strategic planning, business growth, and ESG-related initiatives or projects.
