We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, promote our best-selling products, handle customer payments accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Placement : Labuan Sait - Uluwatu

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Recommend and upsell our best-selling and favorite menu items to enhance the customer experience. Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.

3. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information when needed.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding work area.

5. Follow company procedures and hygiene standards.

6. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is mandatory.

2. Male / Female

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused.

4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.

6. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

7. Able to maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
