Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in Cosmetics and Beauty Products). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of the Indonesian business landscape and customer behavior. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Has driver license (C/A) Job Description : - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling. - Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and business needs. - Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth. - Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value for both the company and the client. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Indonesia. - Prepare reports and presentations on account performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics. - Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to strengthen business relationships.
