Key Account Management Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and create Account Promotion Plans, including budget input, SKP, and product details

• Upload and manage promotion plans and trading term agreements in the system

• Coordinate SKP preparation and processing with buyer accounts

• Review and validate promotion rebate data from buyer accounts before claim submission

• Ensure completeness of claim documents and accuracy of CR numbers prior to submission to Finance

• Handle claim input into the system (including PEKA for overspend cases)

• Maintain accurate sales and promotion data records in system-based platforms

• Support Key Account Managers in daily administrative and operational tasks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, and Trade Marketing)

• Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Admin / KAM Admin, preferably in FMCG MNC or distributor

• Strong understanding of sales administration, promotion planning, and claim processes

• Familiar with system-based administrative processes (SAP is a plus)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data processing & reporting)

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• English proficiency is a plus
