Kitchen Crew

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent. • Previous experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. • Friendly, communicative, customer-oriented, and able to provide excellent service. • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. • Willing to learn and able to follow operational standards and procedures. • Have good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Responsible, disciplined, honest, proactive, and detail-oriented. • For the Shopkeeper & Content Creator position, basic knowledge of social media and content creation is preferred. • For the Matcha Barista position, knowledge or experience in matcha preparation and beverage service is an advantage. • For the Kitchen Crew position, basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and food safety is preferred. • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
