Follow hygiene and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment. 6. Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during meal service. 7. Cook Helpers: Assist chefs with tasks such as chopping, peeling, and ingredient preparation. 8. Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, and other cooking appliances safely and efficiently. 9. Stewards: Assist in maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment. 10. Ensure that food items meet quality standards and are presented appealingly. 11. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines for consistency in taste and presentation. 12. Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using automatic machine. 13. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen area, including disposal of waste and cleaning of surfaces. 14. Assist kitchen staff in various tasks, such as food preparation and basic cooking activities. 15. Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and heavy kitchen equipment. 16. Willing to work a split shift and adapt to a flexible work schedule as needed.
