Karmafree Surf Shop & Cafe is seeking a passionate, responsible, and motivated Cook to join our team in Uluwatu, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations in our eco-friendly surf shop and healthy food cafe.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.

• Assist in daily kitchen preparation and food stock management.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and work areas.

• Monitor food inventory and report stock shortages when needed.

• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a Cook, Kitchen Staff, or similar position is preferred.

• Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

• Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Willing to work full-time on-site in Uluwatu, Bali.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
