Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying, collecting, and providing KOL resources required for the project according to business goals and planning video themes and ideas. Responsible for communicating with KOL on specific cooperation matters to ensure output delivery and achieve the expected results. Collaborate with a cross-team to develop community engagement strategies aligned with project goals and values. Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement. Maintain a good relationship with KOLs, community members, and influencers. Qualifications: Able to identify target audience preferences and build content Knowledgeable about influencer, project management, social media, administration, negotiation, and relationship building. Good communication, know how to maintain relationship with KOL. Up to date with the recent trends of social media event. Detail and able to work with a fast pace.
