As a KOL Manager, you must maintain a sustainable career for your content creators. You must ensure that the content creator feels comfortable and still wants to stay in Arion Talent Management. You will manage Beauty Content Creator from Arion X

Responsibilities

• Invite new content creators to join Arion Management

• Maintain and develop the future career of a managed Beauty Content Creator under Arion X

• Providing insight into the development of the digital world and advertising

• Manage workload and cooperation schedule every month

• Become a companion when Content Creators collaborate offline

• Ensuring that all collaboration flows run well and according to the timeline
  

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in all major

• Preferably 1 year of experience as KOL specialist/Talent Manager/agency/brand team

• Communication/PR/advertising and other related majors a point plus

• Understand & show strong interest in digital marketing & marketing field

• Know the beauty industry

• Excellent communication skill

• Excellent public speaking ability
