Job Responsibilities: • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers for brand campaigns • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners • Plan and execute KOL and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility • Monitor campaign performance and media coverage • Analyze results and prepare detailed performance reports • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new collaboration opportunities Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or any related field • Have 1 - 2 years of experiences in similar roles • Skilled in identifying and researching suitable influencers within specific industries • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with insight into influencer marketing trends • Capable of managing influencer campaigns, covering content briefs, scheduling posts, and monitoring results • Keeps current with industry trends to discover potential partnerships, including brand collaborations • Understands basic analytics for evaluating campaign performance • Valid database is a plus point
