Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential KOLs across target categories. Evaluate and select KOLs that align with campaign objectives and brand values. Develop and maintain strong relationships with selected KOLs. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign needs. Negotiate collaboration terms and monitor campaign performance. Track and report on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights. Qualifications Proven experience in influencer marketing or talent management at least 1 year A Creative thinker and fast response In-depth knowledge of beauty, fashion, home living, and mom & kids KOL categories. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
