Responsibilities: • Plan and organize influencer campaigns from start to finish, including concept development, timelines, and budgeting. • Coordinate communication between influencers and internal teams to ensure alignment on vision and strategy. • Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal results. • Manage contracts and agreements with influencers, including negotiating fees and terms of work. • Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, including ROl analysis and recommendations for future campaigns. • Oversee campaign logistics and operations, including product shipments and event arrangements if necessary. • Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing to ensure campaigns remain relevant and innovative. Qualifications: • Minimum 1 years of experience in managing digital campaigns, particularly those involving influencers. • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build good relationships with influencers and clients. • Experience using campaign management and analytics tools. • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision. • Proactive, creative, and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines.
