KOL Specialist

Job Description:

• Build partnerships with merchants for KOL visit needs.

• Negotiate and coordinate content requirements with merchants and creators.

• Manage and update the KOL database, including selection and finalization for campaigns.

• Monitor KOL content performance and compile campaign reports.

• Maintain smooth communication with creators and merchants.

• Oversee KOL workflow from start to finish of each campaign.

• Build long-term relationships with creators.

• Ensure raw footage is collected according to the brief and coordinate with the team.

• Ensure creators complete posting targets on time.

  Qualifications:

• Basic conversational English.

• Communicative, responsive, and detail-oriented. - Familiar with TikTok/Instagram content basics and F&B trends.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in KOL/Influencer Management is a plus.

• Able to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple creators.

• Adaptive, fast learner, and good problem-solver.

• Able to work independently and team.
