KOL Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Manage communications and build relationships with Social Media Influencers and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns

2. Contacting, dealing, arranging deliveries & reminding on each influencers to execute the campaign

3. Ensure the contract terms & conditions related (paperwork files)

4. Analyze & monitor Social Media Influencers performance.

5. Understand community standards and market trends.

6. Provide accurate timing estimates on work.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree from any major.

2. Having at least 1 or 2 years experience as a Social Media Influencers Management or related fields

3. Proven experience in handling a broad range of talents or mega influencers

4. Good communication, persuasive and strong negotiation skills.

5. Responsive, quick thinker and doer, and have patience in dealing with other parties

6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good collaborative working relationships

7. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

8. Well organized with great time management skills

9. Able to join as soon as possible

10. Willing to do the onsite work in Yogyakarta office

11. Applicants must be willing to work on shifting system

12. Good English in verbal and written (preferred)
