K.O.L Spesialis

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and build relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Develop and execute partnership strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Negotiate and manage contracts, collaborations, and content deliverables with KOLs.

• Track, analyse, and report campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and ROI are met. • Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with overall brand objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging influencer platforms.

• Ensure brand messaging consistency and compliance across all partnerships. • Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, influencer marketing, or partnership management.

• Strong knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital engagement strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• The data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyse campaign performance.

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the fitness, healthy lifestyle, or beauty industry is a plus.

• Established a network of KOLs and influencers. • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
