Koordinator Marketing Operations

Qualification :
• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably with experience in the F&B
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative, innovative, and able to work both in a team and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel for business purposes when needed.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang.

Job Description:
• Design, organize, and execute offline marketing campaigns such as events, health seminars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Create and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and banners at various strategic locations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure all marketing activities run smoothly.
• Conduct market analysis to understand the needs and preferences of the target market.
• Report on marketing activities and provide recommendations for future marketing strategies.
• Coordinate and ensure the effective use of outdoor media such as billboards, banners, and print media.
