Production Coordinator (Garment)

Freelance / Contract – Based in Bali

Job Description

h./label is looking for a hands-on Production Coordinator to manage small-batch garment production for our upcoming launch. This role focuses on coordinating with garment vendors, overseeing production progress, handling basic quality control, and ensuring samples and production pieces are delivered correctly, on time, and according to specifications. This is a short-term, project-based role reporting directly to the Founder.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with garment vendors 

• Visit vendor workshops when needed to monitor production progress

• Deliver and pick up fabric, samples, and production pieces

• Track production timelines, quantities, and status per look

• Conduct basic QC on samples and production items (fit, stitching, measurements, fabric accuracy)

• Flag issues early and follow up with vendors for revisions

• Manage fitting schedules and document revisions clearly

• Provide concise progress updates to the team & founders (what’s on track, delayed, or problematic)
  

Requirements

• Proven experience handling garment production or tailoring (mandatory)

• Familiar with small-batch clothing production workflows

• Strong attention to detail, especially for QC and measurements

• Confident and proactive in communicating with vendors

• Highly organized and comfortable managing lists, timelines, and quantities

• Mobile and willing to travel locally in Bali to vendors

• Able to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working with local Bali garment vendors

• Understanding of basic pattern, fit, or garment constructionAvailability to start immediately
