About the Role: Reporting to the Quotations Supervisor. Working and liaising with Sales teams across the Globe for the preparation of travel/tour itineraries. A daily target will be assigned for this role. This role will be based in Jakarta. Key Responsibilities: 1. Research all destinations to plan, coordinate and accurately cost tour itineraries for clients. 2. Provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation of the travel/tour itinerary. 3. Build and maintain good client relationships. 4. Priorities daily work as necessary. 5. Reply to all messages and queries from other offices and departments within 24 hours. 6. Ensure filing is auctioned without delay and is filed correctly and neatly. 7. Undertake as requested, other tasks or projects and complete them within the given time frame. 8. Work closely with other departments and maintain good relationships with them Job Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Korean literature. 2. Required skills): ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 3. Required language(s): English (MUST). 4. Required language(s): Korean (MUST) with certifications of TOPIK II level 5. 5. At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 6. Common to work with system is preferable 7. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent. 8. Able to to work with daily target We Are Looking for a Person With: 1.
