Lead Developer & Team Manager (Crypto Project)

We’ve launched a new blockchain initiative to simplify token creation using AI-powered tools for content, video, and website generation. Our goal is to build a sustainable, cross-chain platform (Solana, BNB, Ethereum) that adds real value.

We’re looking for a proactive leader to guide our tech efforts and manage a team of interns. You’ll help shape early development, including the whitepaper and tokenomics, while integrating AI tools into daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the technical framework for easy token launches

• Lead and mentor interns

• Use AI for content, video, and site creation

• Track blockchain trends across multiple chains

• Report progress weekly to leadership

Qualifications

• Solid blockchain knowledge

• Basic technical background (coding not mandatory)

• Experience with AI tools

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset
