Leader Service Ambassador (LSA)

- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably from a reputable and accredited hotel or hospitality school - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the Front Office department of a hotel - Proven experience in both Front Office and Housekeeping operations - Strong understanding of Room Division operations and hotel service standards - Familiar with and able to operate the Power Pro Hotel System - Well-groomed with a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills - Honest, disciplined, courteous, proactive, and highly responsible with a strong work ethic - Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Willing to be placed in Bandung
