Learning & Development Intern

Responsibilities: • Support the development of a competence mapping dashboard in collaboration with external vendors. • Help coordinate the project to ensure timely progress and data accuracy. • Contribute to Learning & Development communication through presentations and creative materials. • Assist in designing visual assets using Canva, Figma, or similar tools. • Analyze data and identify patterns to support Learning & Development initiatives and reporting. Requirements: • Currently an active student or fresh graduate in any relevant field. • Passionate about data, comfortable working with Power BI and Excel. • Confident in graphic design using Canva, Figma, or similar tools. • Enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders across teams. • Eager to grow skills in data, design, and Learning & Development. • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and organization.
