Leasing & Casual Leasing Officer

Job Description - Develop, execute, and manage leasing strategies to achieve annual occupancy and revenue targets. - Identify, approach, and secure potential tenants for retail units, kiosks, and promotional/event spaces. - Conduct commercial negotiations and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants to support long-term business growth. - Monitor leasing performance and prepare regular leasing activity and occupancy reports. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of leasing initiatives and tenant requirements. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant major - Minimum 3 years of experience in mall leasing, retail leasing, or commercial property leasing. - Proven track record in mall leasing, including tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and achievement of occupancy and leasing revenue targets. - Up-to-date with retail, lifestyle, and commercial property market trends, with an extensive network and tenant database across retail, F&B, lifestyle, entertainment, and related industries. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. - Target-driven, proactive, and highly skilled in relationship building and networking. - Willing to travel when required
