Legal and Compliance Staff

Job Description :

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts (partnership, vendor, NDA, employment, agreement).

• Provide legal opinions related to product initiatives, business strategies, and operations.

• Manage and ensure the legality of the company (licenses, corporate documents, OSS, etc.)

• Monitor and ensure compliance with the latest regulations.

• Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide applicable legal insights.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in law (law firm or in-house legal at a startup) Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience in drafting & reviewing business contracts

• Have an understanding of business law, digital, and personal data regulations

• Able to think strategically and provide legal solutions that are not rigid

• Good communication skills—both written and verbal

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is a plus Hide
