Legal Specialist

As a Legal Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring all operations and marketing activities comply with legal requirements. You will oversee contracts, manage risks, and protect the company's interests while supporting the creative and business teams with legal guidance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Management - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. - Ensure all agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, and influencer contracts, protect the company's rights and comply with applicable laws. 2. Compliance - Ensure the company's marketing campaigns align with advertising laws and regulations. - Provide legal guidance regarding data privacy (e.g., GDPR, local data protection laws) and intellectual property rights. 3. Risk Management - Identify potential legal risks in marketing activities and provide actionable solutions to mitigate them. - Assist in resolving disputes with clients, vendors, or third parties. 4. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection - Manage the registration and protection of the company's trademarks, copyrights, and other IP assets. - Ensure all creative materials (e.g., images, videos, music) used by the company comply with licensing agreements. 5. Legal Documentation and Advisory - Maintain accurate records of legal documents, contracts, and company policies. - Provide education and training to teams on relevant legal topics, including compliance and IP rights.
