CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP)

Requirements:

* Minimum 12 years of experience as a Cook, CDP, or similar kitchen position.

* Experience in a restaurant, cafe, hotel, or commercial kitchen is preferred.

* Understand basic food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene.

* Able to read and follow recipes correctly and consistently.

* Able to work with SOPs and checklists.

* Able to work fast and well during busy hours.

* Responsible, disciplined, and able to work well in a team

* Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
