Live Streaming Leader

Job Description

• Conduct on-ground host training sessions and deliver experiential learning through roleplay, live simulation, and tandem sessions directly with hosts

• Perform quality and quantity aspect checks using key metrics (CTR, CTOR, AOV)

• Evaluate host performance and identify skill gaps for continuous development

• Data analysis and optimization strategies onto Tiktok daily work.

• Prepare weekly & monthly host development reports

• Pay attention to the popular trends and user preferences on the Tiktok platform, timely adjust the content shooting and reflect that in tiktok content and live streaming management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Management, Communication, or related fields

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer/Coach/Specialist, prior experience in live streaming or e-commerce is preferred

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Passionate about learning, growing others, and exploring new digital trends.

• Comfortable with data and metrics analysis (CTR, CTOR, AOV) to drive performance insights

• Understand the algorithm mechanism and operation rules of the Tiktok platform, be able to optimize content shooting and design according to the platform characteristics, and able to gain the opportunity during Live streaming session.
