Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Experience as a host, radio broadcaster, offline salesperson, or MC is a plus.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage the audience.

• Extensive knowledge of various industries, including fashion, FMCG, electronics, and beauty.

• Experience in live streaming and proficiency with OBS systems.

• Excellent sales skills, energetic, and confident on camera.

• Goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets with strong execution capabilities.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible with adapting to live stream schedules.

Responsibilities

• Effectively promote client products to the audience.

• Analyze live stream performance and seek other methods for improvement.

• Responsible for conducting live streams on various platforms (e.g., TikTok and Marketplace).

• Master all products to be promoted during live streams.

• Sell products and interact with new and returning customers through live streams.

• Analyze and evaluate live stream performance data.
