Logistik Staff

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree any Major 

• Ready to work on Contract System

• Minimum 1 years' experience in Logistics / any related field

• English proficiency both oral and written 

• Strong details and analytical skills 

• Broad range of computer skills : Ms Office (Word, Excel, Pivot table) 

• Familiar with Administration & SAP System

• Ability to establish timelines and meet deadlines

Job Description:

• Preparing document and all requested and/or required documentation 

• Checking and making sure all document is correct and accordance with the customs regulations 

• Monitoring containers arriving to destination in the US & Canada and other destination in relation to the release status, pickup, and delivery schedule to the warehouse 

• Handling, monitoring and updating FDA & Customs Status Updating any spreadsheet related to plan shipment activities 

• Coordinating and communicating with drayage and broker 

• Updating and reporting import tracking report every week 

• Updating daily import status reports
