REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor Degree in Management/Marketing - Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales or any marketing position - Good knowledge with loyalty system. - Advance computer skills (Power point, Excel, Word and Outlook) - Fluent in written and spoken English and Indonesian - Good negotiation skills - Building positive working relationship with clients - Positive and friendly personality - Able to perform loyalty system and eager to learn (IT savvy) MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES - Continuous research an attractive and unique consumer promotion concept to increase consumers spending in Pacific Place. - Prepare the program plan in detail and budget allocation plan. - Develop program for members to maintain its loyalty. - Prepare the mechanism of each consumer promotion and terms and conditions based on company's regulation and government's policy. - Build a relationship and approach potential partners as well as cooperate with Sponsorship Department. - Actively approach and persuade tenants to participate in Pacific Place consumer promotion program. - Prepare the program report and program assessment. - Responsible for the develepment concept of loyalty system (adding features, reports, and other necessary technical concept that useful for the program) and create the flow of the development.
