Maintenance & Engineering Manager (DGW) (Cikande)

Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field - Solid experience in maintenance engineering, experience in manufacturing industry - Understanding the workings of machines such as centrifugal pumps, dial pumps, agitators, welding, mixers, and piping - Significant experience in similar role working in a production-maintenance, process engineering, operations planning and manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems (SCADA, PLC, etc.). - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Placement: Factory Cikande, Banten Job Description : - Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure machinery and equipment reliability - Create preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring that maintenance activities are done regularly and properly. - Design, develop new process and equipment, in order to devise hands on improvement processes from an engineering perspective to reduce losses and defects while improving throughput and the implementation of best practices on the floor. - Coordinate the installation and commissioning of new equipment to maximize production efficiency and maintainability. Manage and controls a function-related plant-maintenance to keep assets in optimal conditions in accordance with business requirements. - Development of the maintenance concept and maintenance master plan and be responsible for implementation of the plan according to Total Productive Maintenance Management Systems. - Oversees building and grounds maintenance to ensure that the facility is fully operational, well maintained, and with all utilities functioning properly including security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. - Analyse budgets and continuously manage and controls a cost-efficient, within the company budget in term of project costing and maintenance cost either factory equipment or building and infrastructures. - Manage & analyze production line performances (KPI) and coordinate improvement action to achieve agreed performance target.
