Key Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the flagship store in Jakarta to ensure efficiency and excellent customer experience. • Develop and implement systems for each store to consistently increase sales. • Recruit, train, and manage sales assistants to build a high-performing retail team. • Oversee and maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores to align with brand identity and attract customers. • Collaborate with the Head of Operations by preparing and presenting performance and operational reports. • Set and monitor sales KPis for all stores, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. • Analyze sales performance data and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies. • Work in a hybrid setup, balancing on-site store management with administrative tasks. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the retail industry, preferably in apparel brands. • Proven ability to manage teams, recruit talent, and implement training programs. • Strong understanding of visual merchandising and sales strategies. • Experience working with sales numbers and meeting KPI targets. • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. • Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
